Don created the OCBC to be the trusted policy advocate and source for information covering the constantly changing landscape of state and local community laws, regulations and rules that effect safe access to cannabis. Dope Magazine has validated the effectiveness of OCBC by awarding Don Morse the Activist of the Year and recognizing the OCBC as Best Cannabis Association in Oregon two years running.

As President of Leading Edge Public Affairs, Niki Terzieff draws upon a decade of experience in Oregon politics- both policy work and on the campaign trail. Her campaign career helped to shape the current landscape and resulted in long-standing relationships with caucus leaders in both parties and both chambers.
