For the past year, Donald Morse has served as director of the Oregon Cannabis Business Council. and has been an important part of negotiating and passing this years legislation. He, along with Sarah Bennet, worked tirelessly throughout 2012 and 2013 to help enact HB 3690. As director, he works to further the needs of the Cannabis Industry after harvest.

As President of Leading Edge Public Affairs, Niki Terzieff draws upon a decade of experience in Oregon politics- both policy work and on the campaign trail. Her campaign career helped to shape the current landscape and resulted in long-standing relationships with caucus leaders in both parties and both chambers.
The Oregon Cannabis Business Council (OCBC) is a member-driven trade association that provides professional assistance to post-cultivation cannabis businesses and representation for the industry in state legislative and regulatory decision making. Our members are committed to ensuring the development of a professional, responsible cannabis marketplace in Oregon.
